Janet Ehman-Baker, age 68, of Chicago, beloved wife of Stu Baker for 25 years; devoted daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Ehman; loving sister of Susan (Dave) Byrd; cherished daughter-in-law of Marjorie and the late Dr. Howard Baker; dear sister-in-law of Bob (Jill) Baker and Michael Baker; treasured aunt of Chris (Heather) Byrd, Brigitte Baker and Nathan Baker; proud great aunt of Lucy and Owen Byrd; adored “Mama” to her beloved cats Marla and Josie.

Janet left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her generosity and kind nature will live on in each of our hearts. She lived her life with extraordinary grace, dignity and courage. She had a creative spirit that shined brightly in every aspect of life, including her art, music and fashion. She loved to travel and had friends and family all over the world. She was amazing and led a remarkable life, she will be missed by all.
